Camargue Covid-19 Update #2: Business continuity during 21-day national lockdown

At Camargue, we remain flexible and committed to keeping our business partners informed, as we collectively combat and flatten the curve of the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. Our priority is to ensure the wellbeing of our employees whilst we continue to serve our broker community.

In line with President Cyril Ramaphosa’s speech delivered on 23 March 2020 enforcing a 21-day national lockdown, most of our employees are currently working from home and we plan to have our entire business operationally remote by Thursday, 26 March 2020.

Our team is working at full capacity in offering excellent customer service. To get in touch with us, please feel free to download our contact list here. We are available as follows:

    - Switchboard:011 778 9140 or camargue@camargueum.co.za

    -  All Camargue email addresses

    - All mobile numbers per our contact list

For any service delivery complaints, please email us at complaints@camargueum.co.za. We are urgently donating to the Solidarity Fund and urge all our partners to join us if they are able to.

President Cyril Ramaphosa’s words will continue to echo in our hearts:

“In the days, weeks and months ahead our resolve, our resourcefulness and our unity as a nation will be tested as never before.
I call on all of us, one and all, to play our part.
To be courageous, to be patient, and above all, to show compassion.
Let us never despair.
For we are a nation at one, and we will surely prevail.”

Yours sincerely

Gerhard de Bruin

Chief Executive Officer
