24 hour emergency medical services and medical evacuation from anywhere within Southern Africa, to world-class clinics for any injured third party. Qualified search and rescue teams also provide support in the hospitality sector.

Legal backup for uninsured events

Events that are not covered by the insurance policy but represent real business risks, are also dealt with by the free risk services provided by Camargue’s network of legal professionals. This includes drafting of letters of demand to debtors and many other legal issues. The service entitles the policyholder to R10,000 per event and R70,000 per annum of legal fees/consultation. If the event is covered by the CGL policy as well, the fees will offset the deductible on the Camargue policy.

Assistance with contracts and Consumer Protection obligations

Adv. Louis Nel provides clients with a 1 hour consultation per month to deal with consumer protection compliance and assessments of contracts and standard trading conditions. Full legal risk assessments are also available.
